Landscape and Public Realm Opportunities in Abu Dhabi

  • $1bn Warner Bros theme park by Miral Asset Management to open on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island in 2018
  • Aldar properties Dhs250 million 1,000,000 square feet Reem central park on Reem Island featuring a mosque for 2,000 worshippers, restaurants, shops, a skate park, play area for kids to open in 2018
  • CBT Unveils Community (pedestrian)-Oriented Phase 2 Masterplan for Masdar City focusing on outdoor environmental comfort and establishing a walkable cityscape by orienting streets and sikkak (pedestrian pathways) towards prevailing winds to create cool and shaded areas for walking, biking, and commuting to the city’s other neighborhoods

Playspace Opportunities in Abu Dhabi

  • Arada developer to build $24billion biggest ever real estate mixed used project in Sharjah to feature an entertainment precinct called central hub that will be anchored by a musical fountain, children’s adventure and discovery complex and extreme sports centre
